Government offers scholarships to post-graduate students

Twenty post-graduate students in Moldova will receive the Government's Scholarship of Excellence of 2,500 lei a month and seven other post-graduate students will receive scholarships of 2,000 lei a month for their field of research, Info-Prim Neo reports. Academy of Sciences president Gheorghe Duca said the recipients of the scholarships were selected in a contests which brought together 43 applicants from 16 institutions. Priority was given to the applicants who had publications in national or international reviews, obtained patents for inventions, or participated in international or national scientific conferences.
