The executive designated its representatives in Parliament and the Constitutional Court. These are deputy ministers of justice Nicolae Esanu and Eduard Serbenco, IPN reports. The first will represent the Government in Parliament, while the second – in the Constitutional Court.
The decision was taken in a move to ensure the efficient representation of the Government in the two institutions.
