The executive on September 14 approved a decision by which Lilia Palii, who worked as a state adviser in the Cabinet, is named as secretary general of the Government, IPN reports.
Lilia Palii will take over from Tudor Copaci. Prime Minister Pavel Filip said Tudor Copaci remains in the Cabinet, but will hold another post.
The Premier wished the new secretary general of the Government success, saying sustained effort will be needed in the process of revitalizing the State Chancellery.
Also today, the ex-chairman of the Broadcasting Coordination Council Marian Pocaznoi was appointed as deputy director of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology.
