The Government is encouraging Moldovans to join the national campaign “My Tricolor” on the occasion of Independence Day. The national flag can be hoisted in front of the house, it can be hung in the car or people can wear clothes in the colors of the flag. “Every gesture contributes to building a united and solidary community in our sovereign state”, said the Government’s spokesperson Daniel Vodă during a press conference.
“If you want to get actively involved in the campaign, we encourage you to share photos or videos of your innovations on social media using the hashtag #tricolorulmeu. This is the way we can inspire and influence others to join our shared initiative to celebrate national values, to celebrate the Republic of Moldova and the 32nd anniversary of the proclamation of Independence”, said Daniel Vodă.
By celebrating Independence, the Romanian language, diversity and people, “we take pride in the path we have traveled and we are confident in the European path of our country”, added the Government’s spokesperson.
