The Constitutional Court suspended the Government decision on the concession of the Chisinau International Airport following a challenge filed by a group of MPs, who questioned the constitutionality of this decision, IPN reports.
On the Constitutional Court’s official website it is said that the suspension was ordered with a view to avoiding imminent negative consequences for the economic and financial security of the state. The suspension will last until a definitive decision is issued on this case.
The challenge was submitted by Liberal reforming MPs on September 10.
