The Government has allocated 15 million lei for modernization and infrastructure projects in 34 settlements located in the Security Zone.
Funding will be provided for maintenance of buildings and water supply networks, for street lighting projects, for projects to modernize education institutions and those promoting confidence-building between the communities of both banks of the Nistru River.
The projects included in this governmental program were selected by a commission composed of representatives from the Ministry of Finance, of Economy, of Justice, the State Chancellery and the National Anticorruption Center.
