The 12-year-old girl who a week ago jumped from the fourth floor of the block where she lived, in Rascani district of Chisinau, is in the intensive care section of the Municipal Children’s Hospital “Valentin Ignatenco”.
The Hospital’s spokeswoman Tatiana Stoichev has told IPN that the girl was operated on arms and on one leg. She is conscious and can breathe independently. Her state is serious, but already stable and with positive dynamics.
The incident happened at about 6:30pm on February 21. It was established that the girl resorted to such a gesture after having a quarrel with her parents, who scolded her because she didn’t do her homework. An investigation was opened into this case.
