Gheorghe Cretu questioned by prosecutors

The former vice president of the Chisinau Court of Appeals Gheorghe Cretu presented himself at the Prosecutor General’s Office on January 16 to be questioned by prosecutors. He was accompanied by his lawyer, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the PGO. The former judge is investigated for accidentally shooting a young man during hunting in a Falesti forest. The case is examined by the Exceptional Cases Division of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
