The employees of ministries and other administrative authorities subordinate to the Government and the employees of local public administrations will receive pay bonuses for collective performance. The regulations concerning the assessment of collective performance were approved by the executive in its last meeting, Info-Prim Neo reports. Under the regulations, the salary bonus for collective performance can be used by chiefs and managers from the central and local public administrations to stimulate cooperation between public servants, team work and better cohesion between employees for achieving the common goals. The pay bonus for collective performance given to a public servant once in half a year or yearly cannot exceed 30% of the employee’s salary. On the whole, it cannot exceed 50% of the bonuses paid to a subdivision for six months.
