Gazprom did not reserve gas capacity for Transnistrian region for April as well

Gazprom has not reserved transport capacities on the Trans-Balkan gas pipeline for April 2025 for the Transnistrian region. The information was communicated by the state secretary of the Ministry of Energy Constantin Borosan, IPN reports.

Monthly reservations were made only at the Ungheni point, in a volume of 1 million cubic meters per day. At the Alexeevca, Grebeniki, Căușeni, Isaccea points, there were made no monthly reservations.

The supply of natural gas to end consumers in Moldova by Moldovagaz, based on contracts with Energocom, is based on Day-Ahead capacity reservations, said Constantin Borosan.

On the Trans-Balkan route, there are available transport capacities in the amount of 5.65 million cubic meters per day, at the Strandzha 2/Malkoclar interconnection point between Turkey and Bulgaria.
