Nineteen oil companies, five of which fuel importers, have so far informed the National Agency for Energy Regulation about their intention to reduce the retail prices of gasoline, IPN reports.
Thus, the average selling price of gasoline will decrease by 1.3%, from 18.17 lei/liter at the beginning of August, when the gasoline prices were modified last, to 17.93 lei/liter.
A part of the companies reduced the prices on October 12-23, while others will do it on October 24-26.
