The Chisinau Mayor's Office has announced further street closures are due on Stefan cel Mare Boulevard during August 25 and 26, IPN reports.
On Thursday, between 7:30AM and 10:00AM, the Boulevard will be closed within the streets Ismail and Mihai Viteazul. Further closures are expected between 10:00AM and 3:30PM, and between 6:30PM and 8.00PM, along the Great National Assembly Square.
On Friday, between 7:30AM and 11:00AM, vehicle traffic will not be allowed on the Boulevard within the streets Ismail and Mihai Viteazul; and between 11:00AM and 16:00 also along the Square.
Public transit will be diverted from the Square area to the nearby streets. The closures are related to rehearsals for the Independence Day military parade.
