Fuel, fruit, oil and eggs got dearer last December

The average consumer prices last December rose by 1.3% from a month earlier. Among nonfood products, the fuel grew dearer by 5.4%, while among food products, grapes got dearer by 16.7%, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the National Bureau of Statistics.
The price of apples increased by 15.6%, of vegetal oil by 10.4%, of dietetic eggs by 9.7%, while of dairy products by 2.7%. Some of the food products got cheaper last month. The price of citrus fruit decreased by 7.1%, of nonalcoholic drinks by 2.1%, of sugar by 0.5%.
Coal grew dearer by 5.4%, the items from natural fur by 3.8%, the spare parts and accessories for cars, the newspapers and journals by 2.3% each. The telephones, cameras, accessories for kitchen got cheaper by 0.5% on average.
The international train fares increased by 2.9%, the tariffs on car overhaul by
1.4%, in preschool education institutions by 1.1%.
The average prices grew by 8.1% compared with December 2009.
