The Border Police Service urges the drivers to take into account the weather forecasts and authorities’ recommendations. “Inform yourself beforehand about the weather conditions in our country and in the country of destination and equip appropriately the units of transport,” the institution noted in a press release.
Over the last two days, owing to the bad weather, the border crossing points Costești-Stânca, Lipcani-Rădăuți Prut and Sculeni-Sculeni were inaccessible. The Sculeni post was fully reopened on Thursday evening.
