Ludmila Vasilache, member of the Broadcasting Coordination Council, is unhappy with her colleagues, who rejected some of her proposals, in particular banning of rebroadcasting of pirated materials and adult channels by cable TV operators, Info-Prim Neo reports. “We, here at BCC, must guarantee the public interest. Since we represent the information consumers, I can’t understand why these issues cannot be included in BCC’s agenda”, said Ludmila Vasilachi. She said that if her proposals were rejected one more time, she would petition the Parliament’s Commission for culture, education, research, youth, sport and mass media. BCC president, Marian Pocaznoi, said all of his colleagues’ proposals were considered, including those of Ludmila Vasilachi, and would be analyzed according to the regulation.
