Freedom Monument to be set up in front of Parliament

The monument that will be placed in the square in front of the Parliament's building will be named the Freedom Monument and will be dedicated to the victims of torture and to all the heroes who fought for the country's freedom. On March 3, the Government decided to allocate money from its reserve fund for erecting the monument, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Ministry of Culture will take care of the artistic appearance of the monument, while the Ministry of Construction and Regional Development will lay out the adjoining area.
