The apartment buildings of Chisinau municipality that will fully pay for the heat consumed during the 2014-2015 season by April 30 will be entitled to free works to have their internal heating systems washed by the heat supplier, IPN reports.
According to a communique of the thermoelectric plant SA CET-2, the washing of the internal heating systems, which is mandatory in the process of preparing the buildings for the new heating season, is the responsibility of housing sector managers. The money that will be saved this way could be used by the managers to reequip and modernize the apartment buildings.
The list of apartment buildings that will be designed winners will be made public in May, after the information about the made payments is systematized. The heat supplier has performed such activities for many years in a row in a move to encourage the payment of heat bills on time.
