The Public Services Agency will immediately issue gratis identity cards to the victims of the explosion that occurred in an apartment building in Râșcani district of Chisinau. The victims can approach the representative of the Public Services Agency who visits the place of the accident or can go to the Agency’s office located at 42 Pushkin St, bureaus 102 and 113, IPN reports.
In a press release, the Public Services Agency said that if persons who cannot move will make requests, it will send a mobile office to the indicated address.
Two persons submitted applications to be issued with identification papers so far. This is the sister of the woman who was admitted to the intensive care section, who asked for an identity card for the victim and for the birth certificate of her child. The second applicant is a man whose apartment was destroyed by fire. He also applied for an identity card.
