A boy aged four years died when he fell from the sixth floor of an apartment building situated in Balti town in the evening of June 25.
Press officer of the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service Diana Tutu has told IPN that the boy leaned against the insect screen, which yielded under his weight. When at the scene, the SMURD team could only state his death.
Rescuers warn the parents to be prudent and not to leave the children home alone and to supervise these permanently and not let them play near windows and balconies so as to prevent tragedies.
