Four-year-old alone in forest at night

A boy aged four spent a night in the forest alone. He was found the second day sleeping under a tree. Alexandru Oprea, deputy head of the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service, has told Info-Prim Neo that the boy from Copanca village of Causeni district went missing on Tuesday evening. The family, villagers, police officers and military men started to look for him. He was discovered by carabineers the second day at about 11.00. A two-year-old child from Leova town was found dead in an artificial pond. An investigation is under way. A woman aged 73 from Soldanesti fell into a well and died. It is not yet known if it was an accident or she did it intentionally. Seven persons were rescued from a fire that broke out in a shopping center on Tighina St in Chisinau. The seven persons were at the upper floors and were unable to go out because of the smoke. Seven firefighting vehicles came to extinguish the fire and saved them. An Opel-Omega car of the 1414 taxi service caught fire close to midnight near the Chisinau Emergency Hospital. Allegedly, the fire was caused by a short circuit. A Mercedes was seriously damaged in a fire in Ungheni district. The merchandise transported in the trailer of a truck burned in a fire on Muncesti St in Chisinau.
