President Maia Sandu received the credentials of four new ambassadors to the Republic of Moldova in an official ceremony. The new ambassadors are: Ambassador of Poland Tomasz Kobzdej, Ambassador of Slovakia Pavol Ivan, Ambassador of Georgia Levan Diasamidze and Ambassador of Kazakhstan Almat Aidarbekov, IPN reports, quoting the presidential press service.
The officials discussed the recent security developments in the region and their impact on the Republic of Moldova and the efforts made by the countries from the neighborhood to help the Ukrainian refugees.
President Sandu informed about the Moldovan authorities’ interest in strengthening the bilateral relations and realizing the existing potential, especially in the economic and energy sectors.
