Four lawmakers renounced their seats of MP. These are Liberal-Democrat Vitalie Nagacevschi, Democrat Oleg Serebrian and Liberals Mihai Moldovanu and Mihai Carlig, Info-Prim Neo reports. Vitalie Nagacevschi said he decided to return to the post of head of the Association “Jurists for Human Rights”, which is incompatible with the seat of MP. At today's sitting, Nagacevschi said he regrets that the legal system has not been yet reformed. Vitalie Nagacevschi headed the parliamentary commission of inquiry into the April 7, 2009 events. The commission's report was severely criticized by the MPs of the Alliance for European Integration. According to press reports, this is the reason why Nagacevschi left the post. Democrat MP Oleg Serebrian will soon leave for France as he was appointed Moldova's Ambassador in Paris. Mihai Moldovanu returned to the post of head of the Chisinau Health Division, while Mihai Carlig – to the post of head of Chisinau's Rascani district. The vacancies will be filled in the autumn-winter session.
