Ex-minister of education in the Sandu Government Liliana Nicolaescu-Onofrei, energy expert Sergiu Tofilat, journalist Angela Brașoveanu and Elena Druță will also form part of the team of President-elect Maia Sandu as advisers, IPN reports.
Liliana Nicolaescu-Onofrei will serve as adviser on education, Sergiu Tofilat as adviser on the energy sector, Angela Brașoveanu as adviser on cultural issues, while Elena Druță as adviser for relations with the diaspora.
The names of the four advisers were given by Maia Sandu in the talk show “In Depth” on Pro TV channel. The President-elect said more persons will be yet included in the team and their names will be made public later as the discussions with these persons continue.
Earlier, Maia Sandu announced that the presidential team includes Ala Nemerenco, adviser on social matters and the health sector, Olesea Stamate, adviser on justice, and Veaceslav Negruța – adviser on economy.
