After having a good performance at the European Youth Championships, the Moldovan weightlifters during November 3-8 will compete at the IWF World Weightlifting Championships in Turkmenistan’s Ashgabat, IPN reports.
Marin Robu, 73 kg weight class, will enter the competition the first, on November 3. Tudor Ciobanu will compete in the 89 kg class on November 6, while Ecaterina Tretyakova and Elena Kylchik will contend on November 8.
Recently, Elena Kylchik won two bronze medals at the U-23 European Championships in the 75 kg class, while Ecaterina Tretyakova medaled bronze in the 69 kg class.
