Four injured in traffic accidents

Four persons suffered various injuries in separate accidents on Chisinau's roads on Friday, the municipal emergency assistance station reported. The first person was a 48-old-man riding a motorcycle, which collided with an Opel near the suburban town of Sangera. As a result of the impact, the motorcyclist broke his right shank and was driven to the Emergency Hospital. Two teenagers, 19, both from Soroca, were hospitalized for brain concussion treatment after the Volkswagen driven by one of them struck a Mercedes. Another man, 43, was hospitalized with the same diagnosis after his Peugeot collided with a Mercedes on Petricani Street. On Friday, the municipal emergency station responded to 68 cases of injuries.
