The support that the United State and the European Union continue to provide to Moldova will help create better living conditions for the Moldovans, Prime Minister Vlad Filat said in a meeting with the Head of the EU Delegation to Moldova Dirk Schuebel and U.S. Ambassador in Chisinau William Moser, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Vlad Filat said the year that passed was a difficult one, but with many results, while 2013 will be a very important year for Moldova. “We are to sign the Association Agreement with the EU in autumn and will be ready to benefit from the visa-free regime. This is a very important step for the Moldovans so that they benefit from European rights and values and better living conditions,” he stated.
He also said that the Government will be making every effort to fulfill the commitments and voiced hope that the initiated reforms, including in the law enforcement bodies, will be implemented successfully and the people will feel the changes.
