Foreign Ministry warns about mass demonstrations in Frankfurt am Main

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration calls upon the Moldovans who are in Frankfurt am Main to avoid traveling through the German city during May 16-19 in connection with the mass demonstrations taking place there, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the Ministry, the movement Occupy planned to stage large-scale protests on May 16-19 and altercations between the protesters and the police are possible. About 20,000 people from all over the Europe are expected to join in the demonstrations in Frankfurt am Main on May 19. The Ministry warns the Moldovans against going to the center of the metropolis in the period so as to avoid becoming involved in clashes.
