The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration recommends the Moldovans to avoid going to Hungary or crossing this country. The Hungarian authorities imposed travel restrictions owing to the unfavorable weather conditions, including rain with ice and glazed frost, IPN reports.
The travel restrictions apply to trucks weighing over 7.5 tonnes. A state of emergency of the first level covering the entire country was declared there.
