The Government of Turkey in the evening of July 20 decreed a state of emergency all over the country for a period of three months. In this connection, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova reiterates the warning addressed to Moldovans who are in Ankara and Istanbul to be precautious and vigilante, to stay indoors and not to take part in demonstrations or events that involve large groups of people, IPN reports.
