The members of the parliamentary platform For Moldova, which includes the MPs of the Shor Party, said they will not vote for the Grosu Government as this is a pseudogovernment that includes impostors who are trying again to become ministers. The MPs noted they will not be part of a conspiracy against the rule of law when a minority group is attempting to take over even if there is a parliamentary majority that supports another candidate. For Moldova reiterated its support for candidate Vladimir Golovatiuc, IPN reports.
In a press briefing, MP Ruxanda Glavan said that what is to happen today is a new episode of the theater of the absurd. This is a desperate attempt to imitate care for the people and their problems and its goal is to bring the snap parliamentary elections closer.
The MP said this Government does not want to be voted in and didn’t take any real step to secure the necessary votes in Parliament for being invested. This scenario was written so that they could later blame Parliament for not giving a vote of confidence to this Government.
Ruxanda Glavan wondered if Igor Grosu realizes that if his minority Government is eventually voted in, it will not fulfill any of the made promises without the support of a guaranteed majority and, in essence, will not be different from an interim executive.
Candidate for Prime Minister Igor Grosu is to present his team and government program in Parliament today. In accordance with the law, the Government can be invested by the votes of at least 51 MPs.
