Flashmobbing to promote observance of traffic rules

Chisinau students will try to sensitize the public opinion to the necessity of observing traffic rules within a flashmobbing event in the Great National Assembly Square on May 25. The head of the General Division of Education, Youth and Sport Tatiana Nagnibeda-Tverdohleb said the students will give different presentations centering on road safety. They will discuss with drivers and urge them to be more attentive as the vacation is coming and there will be more children in the city. “We want to warn the drivers to be more attentive in crosswalks and the pedestrians to respect the traffic rules,” said Tatiana Nagnibeda-Tverdohleb. The event is organized by the General Division of Education, Youth and Sport in concert with the Traffic Police Division. It will start at 12 noon.
