A 33-year-old man was hospitalized with the same diagnosis after he was struck by a minibus on Hancesti St. Eyewitnesses said it was a minibus running on route and the driver did not stop. The police are investigating the case. An inebriated man aged 30 was talking on the phone when he was hit by a car at the intersection of Stefan cel Mare Blvd. and Tighina St close to midnight. He suffered a knee injury. The 341 traffic accidents that happened in Chisinau since the start of this year resulted in 22 deaths and 419 persons injured.
