A judge and four employees of the Rascani District Court of Chisinau will appear before judges on charges of fraudulent management of civil cases, IPN reports.
The prosecutors established that the judge, in concert whit employees of the court, abusing his authority, allowed forging public documents and consciously passed illegal decisions that generated benefits to particular natural and legal persons.
It was determined that in 2012-2014, the group fictitiously registered lawsuits at the Rascani District Court, illegally using the stamp and introducing false data and entry numbers. Afterward, the judge, together with his accomplices, performed a number of banned acts such as modification of information about the sides and of the essence of the registered claims in the integrated case management program and destruction of the manual files of the first cases registered with the aim of falsifying civil cases without these being registered and distributed by the random case distribution system.
The five face up to ten years in prison.
