Fish in Albisoara lake was brought illegally

The fish that died in the lake located on Albisoara St several weeks ago shouldn't have been there. According to the chief architect of Chisinau Vlad Modarca, the lake was dug 30 years ago and is a reservoir, not recreational or piscicultural lake, Info-Prim Neo reports. The same position was expressed by deputy mayor of Chisinau Vlad Cotet. Mayor General Dorin Chirtoaca said they now should establish not only who polluted the lake, but also who brought the fish. The mayor expressed his dissatisfaction with the fact that the chemical substance that was dumped in the lake has not been yet identified. Last week, the ecologists said the fish in the lake died because of the high level of ammonium and chlorine in the water.
