Fiscal accumulations of municipality Chisinau increased this year with 21%

Fiscal accumulations in municipality Chisinau to national public budget in the first two months of ths year, according to data, represented 735 million lei, representing an increase with 21%, compared to similar period of last year. The head of the State Fiscal Inspectorate of municipality Chisinau, Procopie Duca, said during the Monday operative meeting, 6 March, of the mayoralty of municipality, that within this period the income plans were made in this period, inclusiv la bugetul de sincluding to state budget there were collected additionally 36 million lei or with 13% more, iar la bugetuand to local budget – 28 million lei or with 9% more. According to him, in the same time there fiscal debts of last years of 30,3 million lei, to many areas, including to tax on entrepreneur activity, tax on salary income, land and real estates taxes, In the same time, this year the accumulation decreased because of objective and subjective reasons compared to planned ones to a range of local taxes, as well as those for water, for entrepreneur licence, for parking, markets, he also noted. Procopie Duca criticised many local mayoralties of the municipality Chisinau, on the ground that their collecting efforts of fiscal debts of last years were insufficient. In this context it was mentioned the mayoralty of the village Colonita, where in the first months of 2006 there were collected 5,000 lei of the total debt of 49,000 lei. The mayoralty of the town Vadul lui Voda also collected in the same period only 2,800 lei of the whole amount of 68,000 lei. The same situation, according to him, is specific for Sangera, Bacioi, Gratiesti, Stauceni. In order to give an impetus to payment of the debts Duca required to convoke the persons responsible of the territory with the decision-making bodies of the mayoralty of municipality Chisinau.
