Two weeks after the launch of the e-Licensing service, 10 companies managed to obtain activity licenses via Internet. The announcement was made by director of the Licensing Chamber Valentin Guznac during a TV show on Radio Moldova, Info-Prim Neo reports.
“As with every beginning, some problems occur, as companies aren’t used to the ways of obtaining the license online. I plan to have 10 informative seminars in various districts to tell the companies about this innovation”, said Guznac.
The Licensing Chamber, in partnership with the e-Government Center and Endava Company, are still working on improving the software so that soon, besides obtaining and extending the license, companies will be able to announce the Licensing Chamber about the termination of the license due to the stopping of the respective activity.
Simultaneously to work on improving the licensing procedure through the implementation of information technologies, efforts are made to improve the legislative framework. Several bills about the licensing of driving schools, of pharmaceutical companies and other draft laws are being examined in the Parliament.
Currently, the Licensing Chamber issues licenses for 32 types and 70 subtypes of entrepreneurial activity, mostly in the field of constructions, passenger transportation and pharmaceutics. Recently, the Chamber began issuing some licenses the issuing of which had been the competence of the Ministry of Economy.
