Private individuals will be able to apply for mortgage loans for purchasing, building or modernizing homes within the first Mortgage Center in Moldova inaugurated by the commercial bank Mobiasbanca – Groupe Société Générale, IPN reports.
In the inaugural event, Ridha Tekaia, President of the Management Board – CEO Mobiasbanca, said the Mortgage Center is designed to help Moldovans purchase a home, while Mobiasbanca is the leader in mortgage loans with a 36% market share by the number of loans granted in 2016. “We became reliable partners for our customers and, with the new Mortgage Center, we intend to support them even more, provide them with the necessary consultancy and assistance from A to Z in the process of selecting and procuring their new home, as well as the most advantageous loan terms,” he stated.
Anton Covaliov, director of the Mobiasbanca Mortgage Center, said their customers will benefit from special offers, mortgage loan refinancing opportunities and the most favorable interest rates. The list of services and advantages of the Mortgage Centre will be further expanded to provide a wider range of benefits to Mobiasbanca customers. According to Covaliov, they have partnerships with both building companies and trusted real estate agencies.
On the occasion of the opening of the Center, during February 7 – April 7 Mobiasbanca will offer all its customers a gift certificate amounting to 1,000 lei to compensate for the expenses related to the mortgage loan, such as evaluation, notary expenses etc.
The Mobiasbanca Mortgage Center is open for customers from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. It is located at 13/1 Miron Costin St in Chisinau.
