The results of the new parliamentary elections held in single-member constituency No. 38 Hâncești shows the number of votes won by the candidates in descending order:
First place: Ștefan Gațcan, candidate of the PSRM – 5,539 votes;
Second place: Olesea Stamate, candidate of the PAS – 4,554 votes;
Third place: Ion Mereuță, candidate of the PDM – 1,810 votes;
Fourth place: Grigore Cobzac, independent candidate – 1,792 votes;
Fifth place: Dorin Chirtoacă, candidate of the UNION Electoral Bloc - 346 votes.
The difference between the first and second places is of 985 votes.
-----
In other political circumstances, the order could have been slightly different:
First place: 4,554 votes (PAS candidate) + 1,792 votes (Grigore Cobzac, independent) + 346 votes (Dorin Chirtoacă, candidate of UNION Electoral Bloc) = 6,692 votes;
The difference between the first and second places is of 1,153 votes;
Conclusion – question:
Guess who would win the ordinary presidential elections and the eventual snap parliamentary elections?
