Tatiana Bucearschi was dismissed from the post of head of the General Social Assistance and Health Division of the Chisinau City Hall. Also, deputy mayor of Chisinau municipality Inga Ionesii tendered her resignation, IPN reports.
In a post on Facebook, mayor general Ion Ceban said those who work at the City Hall know that problems related to the administration of the Division appeared last November. Internal conflicts continue to be witnessed at the Division. “For me, as a mayor, it is important that the people look in the same direction,” said the mayor, commenting on the dismissal of Tatiana Bucearschi.
Tatiana Bucearschi was unavailable for comment. She stated for the paper Ziarul Naţional that Socialist councilor Eugenia Ceban told her to take her baggage and leave. Tatiana Bucearschi was named head of the General Social Assistance and Health Division in July 2019.
As to the resignation tendered by Inga Ionesii, the Chisinau City Hall said the post of deputy mayor in charge of the economy and investments will be held on an interim basis by specialist in finances Olga Ursu, head of the mayor general’s staff.
