Fines of up to 600 lei for unauthorized election posters

Police warn that heavy fines will be imposed on the persons who will place election posters in unauthorized places. In Monday’s meeting of Chisinau City Hall officials, Municipal Police chief Silviu Musuc said the fines vary between 400 and 600 lei. The places for election advertisements will be prepared soon. It is considered the possibility of extending the advertising space on a billboard for an election runner from 1 to 1.5 meters, Info-Prim Neo reports.
