Filat to meet Medvedev in Ashgabat

Prime Minister Vlad Filat will be taking part in the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) that will take place in Turkmenistan’s Ashgabat on May 29 and 30, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the Government, in the evening of May 29 the Premiers of the CIS member states will come together for an informal dinner, while on May 30 Vlad Filat will attend the Council’s meeting in restricted format. Afterward there will be held a meeting in extended format. A series of documents will be signed at the end. On the sidelines of the event, Vlad Filat will have a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
