Filat extends sympathy to Dmitri Medvedev

Prime Minister Vlad Filat sent a message of sympathy to his Russian counterpart Dmitri Medvedev over the tragic events in Krasnodar Krai and the road accident in Ukraine, Info-Prim Neo learned from a press release of the Government. “We learned with great sorrow that tens of people died and serious material damage was caused as a result of the natural disasters in Krasnodar Krai”, reads the letter. “We also share your grief about the death of several citizens of the Russian Federation in a road accident in Chernihiv Oblast, Ukraine. The Moldovan people stands by your side in these tough moments”, says the Prime Minister. According to Russian press, the heavy rainfalls in Krasnodar Krai killed 78 people and flooded 10,000 houses. The road accident in Ukraine killed 14 Russian citizens.
