Filat congratulates Ponta on re-appointment as prime minister

Moldovan Prime Minister Vlad Filat wrote to his Romanian counterpart Victor Ponta to congratulate him on his investiture in office. According to a Government press release, Vlad Filat wished him success “in this job of great responsibility”. “I am confident that Moldova and Romania will continue to implement and develop new projects, and the relationship between our countries will further develop in the interest of the citizens of both states”, stated Vlad Filat. Filat wished Victor Ponta and his Cabinet a merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Victor Ponta and his Cabinet were re-appointed after receiving a vote of confidence from the Romanian Parliament.
