The works to rehabilitate the decorative fence of the alley situated on Grigore Vieru Blvd in Chisinau start on October 1. The cast iron elements and the foundations of the fence will be restored, IPN has learned from the Chisinau City Hall.
The cost of the project is 2.2 million lei and the works will be completed by end-November. The reinforced concrete bases will be initially repaired along the perimeter, about 1,300 linear meters, and decorative elements will be fixed afterward.
The dry trees will be cut down and new trees will be planted this autumn.
