Members of the Political Party “Our Party” (PPPN) demand to set free activist Felix Grincu who was illegally arrested within a criminal case started by order of Vlad Plahotniuc”, whom they name “oligarch who destroys the Moldovan system,” IPN reports.
In a protest staged on November 18, members of “Our Party” said the activist was arrested with multiple violations of the law and he was practically ‘kidnapped’. Through the agency of such cases, the leader of the PPPN Renato Usatyi and other activists of the party are politically persecuted.
Felix Grincu was placed under arrest for 72 hours initially. Contacted by IPN, Maria Vieru, press officer of the Prosecutor General’s Office, said the man is suspected of swindle of significant proportions.
