The beneficiaries will be citizens of the Republic of Moldova and also foreigners who live in Moldova and meet he conditions specified in the law on the integration of foreigners of December 27, 2011.
The package of goods will contain ten different articles, such as body, pants, cap, long-leave shirt, socks, small blanket, children’s shampoo, body oil and a toy. All the articles will be of national makes.
The regulations set out a series of requirements for the producers of such articles, like use of non-dangerous and child- and environment-friendly fabrics, of neutral color, suitable for girls and, respectively for boys.
The procedure according to which the goods will reach the families of newborns is simple. A business entity will be chosen to store, sort, pack and distribute the parcels to public and private medical institutions that have maternity hospitals or provide perinatal services. For their part, these will transmit the parcels to the families.
