The Judges' Evaluation Commission has invited the last five judges from the Court of Appeal Center, which was recently renamed from the Court of Appeal Chisinau, to hearings. This marks the completion of the notification process for the hearings of all 18 magistrates from the court, who are undergoing an extraordinary external evaluation process, IPN reports.

Judges Ruxanda Pulbere, Angela Bostan, Dorin Dulghieru, Ana Panov, and Grigore Daschevici have been informed, through participation notifications, about the financial and/or ethical integrity concerns identified by the Commission during the evaluation process.

"These aspects will be analyzed and discussed during the hearings. The judges are to inform the Commission whether they will attend the hearings and may request access to the materials in their evaluation file by submitting a request to the Secretariat of the Commission," says a press release.

The Judges' Evaluation Commission plans to organize the hearings for the 18 magistrates of the Court of Appeal Center and a candidate for the Supreme Court of Justice between February 3-18.

So far, 14 individuals have confirmed their participation and are scheduled to be heard starting Monday, February 3. Additionally, seven individuals have requested that the hearings be held partially or fully behind closed doors. The Commission has reviewed these requests and accepted them partially in four cases.
