The balcony of an apartment situated on the fourth floor fell onto a car as a result of an explosion that occurred in Chisinau’s Rascani district last night. Nobody was hurt, IPN reports.
Press officer of the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service Liliana Puscasu said an investigation was launched to find out the cause of the blast. The specialists suspect a gas leakage.
When the explosion happened, at 11:45pm, there was no one in the apartment and in the car. The blast didn’t cause a fire. No other apartments from the five-story building were affected.
