Experts to discuss prosecution service reform in Chisinau

Experts from Latvia, Lithuania and the United States discuss possibilities of strengthening the independence of the prosecution service of the Republic of Moldova at an international conference in Chisinau on December 6, Info-Prim Neo reports. The conference is organized by the OSCE Mission to Moldova in cooperation with the Prosecutor General’s Office and the National Participation Council. According to a communiqué from the OSCE Mission, the event participants will discuss challenges faced by the prosecution office in the context of the justice sector reform process, and ways to address them.
