Exhibitions and concerts dedicated to World Environment Day

A number of events dedicated to the World Environment Day will take place in Chisinau on June 5. The program will start with a clean-up campaign and will end with a concert in the Dendrarium Park, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the Chisinau City Hall. Works to clean the bed of the Durlesti River near Moldexpo will start at 08.00. Flower and exotic and decorative plant growers will stage a fair-exhibition in the Dendrarium Park at 12.00. A concert by student artistic groups will begin in the park at 13.20. A presentation of items of clothing made from wastes will be given at 15.00. The events will culminate with a concert by artistic groups starting at 16.20. The events are organized by the Chisinau Local Organization of the Ecologist Movement of Moldova.
